Most of the employees are very kind with young people. I was very grateful to have had a lot of help from a female staff member (Lena) who was very good at Korean and finally upgraded to a quad room (2 queen size beds with balcony windows). There are many restaurants nearby that you can walk around, and there is the same group spa (massage) right next door. It is a hotel that comes not only from Korea but also from Western people. The breakfast restaurant menu was also varied and it was better because I could eat egg scrambles and rice noodles for free. There are six to seven La Siesta hotel groups in Hanoi. I heard that there is a resort in Danang. Next time I want to go to Danang.
